What this movie should have taught you earlier!

life of brian - Relentlessly helpful mindsetAre you familiar with the Monty Python movie “Life of Brian” from the late seventies?

If you are about my age or older, you must be familiar with it.

If you are younger and have never heard of it, you probably should be familiar with it.

The Monty Python guys have a certain sense of humor, that is for sure. Not everybody likes it, and that’s okay.

The reason why I am bringing them up is because their movies also present a great selection of every day life lessons.

If you are like me, you get often so overloaded and overwhelmed by our daily routines – day in and day out – so that you sometimes miss the big picture.

If you are like me, you sometimes forget that you have actually everything you need.

If you are like me, you sometimes forget about serving the community, to be relentlessly helpful to others, in whatever shape or form.

What does this have to do with “Life of Brian”?

Well, be reminded -with a smile on your face – that we maybe rather should be thinking like the guy about 41 seconds in the movie scene!

Do you agree? Are we more self-focused than before or is there a reversing trend? Are we changing our mindset?

Happy to hear your thoughts below!
